1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
2. Shipping Costs
- Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): FREE Shipping.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
We are transparent about our delivery times. The total time to receive your order includes Handling Time (packing) + Transit Time (courier travel).
- Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday to Saturday).
- Transit Time: 2 to 5 Business Days (Monday to Saturday).
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (Indian Standard Time). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Summary: You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.
4. Courier Partners
We use reliable logistics partners for our deliveries, including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart and Amezon Shipping.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped (within 1-2 days), we will send you a Tracking Number via Whatsapp and SMS. You can track your order status on our "Track Order" page or directly on the courier's website.
6. Delays
While we strive to meet the above timelines, unforeseen delays may occur due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or courier operational issues. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us immediately.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Damaged: Please record a video while opening the package and contact us within 24 hours.
- Lost: If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 24 hours so we can escalate it with the courier.
